Par Level is an instant digital download (a spreadsheet file). Because you receive the complete product the moment you check out, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered. This is standard for digital goods — once it's downloaded, it can't be "returned."
That said, I stand behind this product.
- File won't download or won't open? Email me and I'll get you a working copy the same day.
- Something genuinely broken in the spreadsheet? Tell me exactly what you're seeing and I'll fix it and re-send — that's on me, not you.
- Bought the wrong thing by mistake? Reach out before you've downloaded it and we'll sort it out.
