Digital Products Return Policy

Because our spreadsheets are digital downloads, all sales are generally final. However, your satisfaction matters to us!

If you experience any of the following, please reach out within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right:

• The file is corrupted or won't open
• The product is significantly different from what was described
• You were charged incorrectly

We're happy to offer a replacement file, store credit, or in some cases a refund at our discretion. Just contact Kyle Bartlett at krbartlework@gmail.com and we'll take care of you.
